INGREDIENTS
- Broccoli - 1 nos
- Onion - 2
- Chilli powder-1tsp
- Turmeric powder - half tsp
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
PREPARATION
- Fry onion in oil till it becomes soft, a pinch salt can be added in order to make onion more easily cooked.
- Meanwhile, chilli powder and turmeric powder, curry leaves is added and stir it well.
- Washed and sliced broccoli florets is added to this mixture stir well and leave it for 10 minutes under low flame.
- Broccoli would get a dark green colour when its completely cooked so this can be right time to serve.
