INGREDIENTS
- Onion - 3 nos
- Gram flour -5 tsp
- All purpose flour- 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - Half tsp
- Turmeric powder-1 Pinch
- Green chillies - 4
- Curry leaves to add more flavour
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
- Slice onion into thin pieces
- Green chillies can be cut into small round pieces
- Mix gramflour and all purpose flour in a bowl then add chilly powder and turmeric powder to it.Make a thick batter
- Add sliced onion and chillies and crushed curry leaves to the batter and stir it well
- Heat oil in a pan
- Spread the mixture into the boiling oil
- Fry until it becomes golden brown
